Job description:
We are seeking a driven Chief of Staff Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain invaluable experience supporting senior management in strategic decision-making and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a proactive and analytical thinker with a passion for healthcare innovation and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Chief Operating Officer and executive team in daily operations and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitive landscape, and operational efficiencies.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication across departments.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions to drive progress on key initiatives.
- Help monitor and track progress on strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Proactive and adaptable team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Interest in healthcare technology and a desire to contribute to the transformation of healthcare staffing solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge or interest in healthcare technology solutions and/or recruitment processes is encouraged.
Compensation and Benefits:
- This internship is unpaid. However, agoras health is committed to offering a bonus (stipend) based on tenure and performance during the internship period.
