Position Overview:
agoras health is seeking a creative and driven Marketing and Social Media Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies that enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and grow our brand. This internship is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, social media management, and content creation while contributing to a meaningful mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create compelling content, including posts, videos, graphics, and stories, tailored to each platform.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Research and identify trends in the healthcare staffing industry and integrate them into content strategies.
- Support email marketing campaigns, including drafting, designing, and scheduling newsletters.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas for digital marketing campaigns.
- Assist in maintaining the company’s website content and blog posts.
Basic Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and their best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual design.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform strategy.
