Job description:
We are offering a dynamic Sales and Strategy Associate Internship at agoras health. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in sales, business development, and strategic planning within the healthcare technology and recruitment sectors. The internship will last for 3 months with the opportunity to transition into a paid position upon successful completion, during which a stipend will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
- Assist in developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand client base.
- Market Research:
- Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
- Client Interaction:
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, present Agoras Health solutions, and support the sales process.
- Proposal Preparation:
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare professionals and technology decision-makers.
- Strategy Development:
- Contribute to the development of business strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Performance Tracking:
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress and inform decision-making.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and operations to support sales initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (recent graduates are also eligible).
- Interest in sales, business development, or strategic planning within the healthcare or technology sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge or interest in healthcare technology solutions and/or recruitment processes is encouraged.
Compensation and Benefits:
- This internship is unpaid. However, agoras health is committed to offering a bonus (stipend) based on tenure and performance during the internship period.
